I would give zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst experience I have have with working with someone. I work with listing agent Whitney Hanna. Whitney became really comfortable and I did not feel comfortable leaving my house in her hands to sell so I decided to terminate and move in a different direction. At this time, Whitney’s boss Jeremy Norman decided to call me saying he wanted to check on me but the call ended with him making excuses for his listing agent. Whitney had property of mine and withheld my items for the longest even kept her lockbox on my door after she got back in town. Whitney decided to drag her feet to return my items. It took military officials to threaten to get the police involved for me finally to receive my items and get Whitney Hanna’s lock box off my house. Although Whitney told a military official that she is on the way to my house to drop the items instead she lied and decided to drop the items with her co worker. Thank god the coworker is a woman of her word because I believe I would have been still in this petty and inconvenience situation. This has been my experience with Norman & Associates and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Kee and Will went above and beyond for us! We told them what we were looking for and they delivered! Very sweet and attentive and they worked very as a successful team finding us our home. They’re like family now. I’ll recommend them any day! Thanks Kee and Will!
Charmaine Shirley is hands down the best Realtor I have had the pleasure to be associated with in the Metro Atlanta Area. She took my mom's property and listed and sold it in such a expeditious manner! My 63 year old mother had obvious reservations about the entire process. Working with Kira Oliver made what I know can be a very stressful process enjoyable. Her patience, professionalism and responsiveness are unparalleled. Although I know she is busy, every interaction felt as if I was her only client. Her knowledge of the very competitive Atlanta market and her excellent negotiation skills secured us the home we loved although there were other offers on the table. She is the agent you want on your team in this kind of market. Having gone through the process of buying and selling previously, I know they are not all created the same. Kira was absolutely amazing from day one. She was super responsive to all of my questions and worked diligently, even during COVID, to help me find a home that I loved! We had an issue pop up on the day of closing due to the seller not leaving some of the carpet in good condition and Kira ended up covering the replacement cost herself. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a home in the Atlanta area!

My realtor was Kira Oliver and she was AWESOME! I initially called another agent at a different agency and it was not a good experience (she waited days to call me back and didn’t answer any of my questions). This was very frustrating because I’m a first time buyer. However, Kira was very attentive and always available to answer every question. She made the process less stressful and it didn’t take long before I found my beautiful townhouse. If you’re considering Norman and Associates, please use Kira Oliver...you will not be disappointed!
Kira Oliver is absolutely incredible, I could not have asked for a better agent. She really makes you feel like her only client, she would send me links to condos she thought I would like when she was on vacation! The first time I used her, I was just looking for a cheap house to rent with two other recent college graduates. For something you would think would not be a big deal for an Atlanta Real Estate Agent, she went above and beyond to ensure we found the best house for our needs. A year later, I reached back out because I wanted to live alone but didn't know if I could afford to buy rather than rent. I am 23 years old and never would've thought I could buy a condo at my age. She opened me up to many different down-payment assistant programs that are specifically designed for people like me. Not only did she help me find my home, she helped me find my loan provider and took all my late night phone calls when I had questions about a mortgage, which isn't even her job. My parents then used her too, to sell their current home and to find their newly constructed home, that they got to customize themselves. She is always on top of the newest construction and neighborhoods in Atlanta, as well as any new home that comes on the market. I highly recommend Kira, she will not let you down.
